Locum Physician - OB/GYN in Grass Valley, CA

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct deliveries, averaging 23-30 a month.
• Perform C-sections and provide emergency call coverage for OB/GYN related issues.
• Utilize Cerner EMR for patient documentation.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, general surgeons, and pediatricians as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in comprehensive proctoring for OB and GYN procedures as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology or Board Eligible within the last 5 years.
• Successful completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited residency in obstetrics and gynecology.
• Demonstrated performance of at least 100 gynecological surgical procedures in the past two years.
• Clean malpractice history preferred.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Current California medical license.
• DEA certification required during credentialing.
