🥼 OB/GYN LABORIST OPPORTUNITY
📍 Egg Harbor Township, NJ
💰 $100K SIGN-ON BONUS
🌟 Provide dedicated inpatient obstetric care in a supportive, team-based environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✓ Manage labor, vaginal deliveries, and cesarean sections
✓ Provide immediate postpartum care & obstetric triage evaluations
✓ Respond to obstetric emergencies with confidence and clinical expertise
✓ Collaborate with midwives, nursing staff, and community OB/GYNs
✓ Care for unassigned patients and support community providers
✓ Participate in quality improvement initiatives & protocol development
✓ Educate residents, medical students, and nursing staff
What We’re Looking For:
✓ MD/DO with completion of a 4-year OB/GYN residency
✓ Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
✓ Active state license & DEA (or ability to obtain)
✓ Strong clinical skills in labor & delivery
✓ Excellent communication, teamwork & emergency response capabilities
✓ High-risk OB/MFM exposure
Schedule:
✓ Full-time, shift-based (12- or 24-hour shifts)
✓ Nights, weekends & holidays based on rotation
✓ Optional additional shifts depending on interest
