With a generous compensation structure-starting at a $400K base plus productivity and quality bonuses-physicians can grow a stable, fulfilling practice while maintaining personal time. The program features advanced resources, including a Da Vinci Xi robot, 10 LDR rooms, dedicated C-section suites, and a Level II nursery supported 24/7 by anesthesia/CRNA teams. As the department continues to expand and phase out locums, incoming physicians will have the unique opportunity to help shape the future of Women's Health within a thriving, provider-focused system.
Position & Compensation Highlights
- $400K base salary + productivity & quality bonuses
- $100K sign-on bonus + $105K loan repayment program
- Collaborative team: 4 OB/GYNs + 5 CNMs
- Level II nursery with 24/7 CRNA/anesthesia support
- 10 LDR rooms + 2 dedicated C-section suites
- 4- or 5-day workweek option
- CNMs take first call for deliveries and provide weekend coverage
- Technology: Da Vinci Xi robot; Cerner AI EMR launching Feb 2026.
- Procedures: Hysteroscopy, LEEP, D&C, laparoscopic/robotic hysterectomy, C-sections
