Required Skills:
- Valid and active medical license to practice OB/GYN in Colorado.
- Proven experience managing obstetric emergencies, including C-sections.
- Strong skills in GYN emergency procedures.
- Ability to work 24-hour shifts reliably and independently.
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR system.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in Level III Trauma settings.
- Familiarity with hospital-based emergency response protocols.
- Bilingual capabilities or additional language proficiency.
- Training or certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology.
- Previous locum or hospital-based experience preferred but not mandatory.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to stay at the designated Hampton Inn in Longmont, CO, or adhere to travel policies if accommodations are unavailable.
- Availability to commence on December 8, 2025, with ongoing shifts as scheduled.
- Completion of all credentialing, EMR training, and required documentation within specified timelines.
- Ability to work up to 10 shifts per month, with shifts generally limited to 2-3 days to promote provider well-being.
- Travel is local or within driving distance, primarily for local candidates.
