What We Offer
Novant Health is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible MD to join our new Pelvic Health and Menopause Care - South Park clinic, a specialty practice dedicated to comprehensive care for peri- and post-menopausal patients as well as individuals with complex pelvic health needs. This innovative clinic will serve as a regional resource for evidence-based, patient-centered management of menopause, pelvic floor disorders, sexual health concerns, urinary issues, and related conditions. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest or advanced training in menopausal medicine, pelvic health, or female pelvic medicine and will be passionate about improving quality of life for women across midlife and beyond. Candidates will be required to obtain North American Menopause Society (NAMS) certification within 12-18 months of hire.
E xperience
Required:
Prior training or experience in women's health or midlife medicine to ensure readiness for the specialized evaluation and management of perimenopausal and postmenopausal patients, including hormone therapy, complex symptom management, and preventive care aligned with evidence-based menopause guidelines.

Skilled in counseling on lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, and sexual health.
Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage both hormonal and non-hormonal treatment options safely.
Exceptional communication, empathy, and patient-centered care for complex symptom management.

Excellent computer and multitasking skills, with proficiency in Epic EMR and telehealth platforms.

Essential Functions
Patient Care
Diagnose and manage perimenopausal and postmenopausal symptoms using FDA-approved hormonal and non-hormonal therapies.
Interpret labs and imaging, formulate evidence-based treatment plans, and adjust therapy in collaboration with supervising physician.
Counsel patients on bone health, weight management, sexual wellness, cognitive changes, and cardiovascular risk prevention.
Provide education on the risks and benefits of hormone therapy, sleep optimization, stress reduction, and lifestyle interventions.
Perform in-office procedures as trained (IUD insertion/removal, endometrial biopsy, pessary fitting, Pap smear).
Document thoroughly and efficiently in Epic EMR.
Schedule & Environment
Monday-Friday, no nights or weekends.
