Locums – Elizabethtown, Kentucky
OB Hospitalist (IMLC Accepted)**
Key Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible OBGYN – REQUIRED
- Licensure: • Kentucky license – Preferred (or in process) • IMLC / Compact license accepted
- Experience: • Recent OBGYN clinical experience within the last 12 months – REQUIRED
- Availability: • Providers with ongoing/consistent availability needed
- Coverage Model: • 24/7 in-house OB Hospitalist coverage
- OB triage, admissions, inpatient care
- Deliveries for unassigned patients + private call coverage
- Emergency response for L&D, antepartum, postpartum, ER
- Floor consults for unassigned GYN emergencies
- Surgical assists for cesarean sections
- Collaboration with neonatology, nursing, and other specialties
- Evidence-based, team-oriented clinical practice environment
- < 45 minutes south of Louisville, KY
- ~2 hours from Nashville, TN
- ~2 hours from Evansville, IN and Cincinnati, OH
- Board-certified or board-eligible OBGYN
- Comfortable in a high-acuity, team-based inpatient environment
- Strong clinician with dependable ongoing availability
- Recent hands-on OBGYN practice experience
