Job Title: Medical Director - OB/GYN

Join a respected Catholic health system as the OB/GYN Medical Director for our Women’s Health Program at Mercy Health – Anderson Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a unique dual-role opportunity combining full-time clinical practice with strategic leadership in one of the Midwest’s leading health institutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide full-time clinical care (office, surgery, and deliveries) while guiding the clinical and strategic development of the women’s health program.
• Deliver at Mercy Health – Anderson Hospital (Level II NICU, 1,600 deliveries per year).
• Lead program development and strategic expansion for the Women’s Health service line on Cincinnati’s east side.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and multidisciplinary teams to enhance quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and growth.
• Mentor physicians and advanced practice providers, fostering excellence and teamwork.
• Work closely with certified nurse-midwives and MFM support from the University of Cincinnati.
• Maintain a balanced Monday–Friday schedule, including dedicated leadership time for administrative duties.
• Participate in shared 1:6 call rotation.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in OB/GYN – REQUIRED
• Active Ohio medical license (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED
• Minimum 5 years of OB/GYN experience – REQUIRED
• Leadership experience – HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Clean malpractice and license history – HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - REQUIRED

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certified in OB/GYN
• Active OH license (or willing to obtain)
• Minimum 5 years of OB/GYN experience
