Experience
  • Minimum 5 years OB/GYN clinical experience — REQUIRED
  • Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
Licensure
  • Active Ohio License — REQUIRED (or ability to obtain)

Role Summary Seeking an experienced OB/GYN Medical Director to lead a Women’s Health Program within a large, respected Catholic health system in Cincinnati, OH. This is a dual-role position combining full-time clinical practice with strategic program leadership. Clinical & Administrative Breakdown
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday
    • 3 days clinic
    • 2 days OR
    • Dedicated administrative time included
  • Call:
    • 1:6 call rotation
    • Standard weekend coverage via call
  • Clinical Scope:
    • Office-based OB/GYN care
    • Gynecologic surgery
    • Labor & delivery
    • Deliveries at a hospital with:
      • Level II NICU
      • 1,600 deliveries/year
    • Collaboration with:
      • Certified Nurse Midwives
      • Maternal–Fetal Medicine specialists
      • Multidisciplinary women’s health teams
Leadership Responsibilities
  • Guide clinical and strategic development of the Women’s Health program
  • Lead service line expansion across Cincinnati’s east side
  • Collaborate with system leadership to improve quality, outcomes, and patient satisfaction
  • Mentor and support OB/GYN physicians and APPs
  • Strengthen program cohesion, growth, and provider engagement
