Seeking a full-time OB/GYN Physician to join a growing Women’s Health team in a mission-driven, patient-centered care environment. This role includes a mix of outpatient clinic, surgery, and obstetrical care with strong support staff and a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
Job Responsibilities
Perform office visits, gynecologic exams, and prenatal care
Conduct deliveries and surgical procedures
Participate in a 1:6 shared call rotation
Collaborate closely with certified nurse-midwives
Utilize comprehensive support team (MA/LPN, triage, surgery scheduler)
Maintain accurate documentation and high clinical standards
Qualifications
Active Ohio medical license or willingness to obtain – Required
DEA or willingness to obtain – Required
Clean malpractice & license history – Highly Preferred
Comfortable working alongside midwives – Required
Willing to note visa requirement status (J1/H1B) – Required
Working Hours
3 days clinic
2 days surgery
Standard weekend coverage in 1:6 call rotation
Skills
Strong clinical decision-making

Excellent communication & patient counseling
EMR proficiency
Ability to manage high-volume OB/GYN practice
