🏥 Position Details

• Role: Medical Director – OB/GYN

• Schedule: Monday–Friday (3 days office, 2 days surgery) + dedicated administrative/leadership time

• Call: Shared 1:6 rotation

• Weekend Coverage: Standard via rotation

• Clinical Responsibilities: Office visits, surgeries, and deliveries

• Leadership Responsibilities: Program development, strategic expansion, mentoring team members

🎯 Qualifications

• Board Certified OB/GYN – REQUIRED ✅

• Active Ohio license (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED ✅

• Minimum 5 years OB/GYN experience – REQUIRED ✅

• Leadership experience – Highly Preferred 🌟

• Clean malpractice and license history – Highly Preferred

• Candidates must not require visa support (J-1/H-1B)
