This is a dual-role position combining full-time clinical practice with strategic leadershipβperfect for a physician who wants to impact patient care while shaping a growing program.

Role: Medical Director β OB/GYN

Schedule: MondayβFriday (3 days office, 2 days surgery) + dedicated administrative/leadership time
-
Call: Shared 1:6 rotation
-
Weekend Coverage: Standard via rotation

Clinical Responsibilities: Office visits, surgeries, and deliveries

Leadership Responsibilities: Program development, strategic expansion, mentoring team members
π― Qualifications

Board Certified OB/GYN β REQUIRED β
-
Active Ohio license (or willing to obtain) β REQUIRED β
-
Minimum 5 years OB/GYN experience β REQUIRED β

Leadership experience β Highly Preferred π

Clean malpractice and license history β Highly Preferred

Candidates must not require visa support (J-1/H-1B)
