TidalHealth is seeking a dedicated OB/GYN to join our vibrant practice in Seaford, Delaware. This full-time position offers a laborist model with minimal call, ensuring a balanced work-life experience. TidalHealth Nanticoke handles approximately 800 deliveries per year, providing ample opportunities for professional engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care with a focus on minimally invasive techniques.
- Utilize the da Vinci Surgical System for advanced surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with regional MFM specialists for perinatal consultations.

- Base salary range: $358,000 - $447,000 (commensurate with experience and specialty).
