  • Oversight of pharmacy benefit administration and care coordination

  • Participate in fraud, waste, and abuse program management

  • Represent the organization on clinical activities with state and local bodies

  • Participate in committee leadership and process improvement initiatives

  • Supervise, train, and evaluate staff, ensuring adherence to policies and goals
