- Shift Details:
- 7am-7am
- 24-hour beeper call
- Schedule:
- 12/24 7am - 12/29 7am
- Work Details:
- # Of deliveries per shift: 0-1
- Average # of callbacks per shift: 0-2
- Department Description: “OB locums are also expected to “cover” for Nurse Mid-Wife if there is a need
- EMR: Cerner
- Hospital Bed size: 99 Beds
- Practice Setting:

- Requirements:
- Board Certification: Must be BC or BE in OB/GYN
- License Required: AZ license is required or IMLC
- DEA: Yes
