-- Provider will be on first call
-- No midwives at this facility
Requirements
-- Board Certification
-- KY State License
-- ACLS and DEA – Required during credentialing
-- Clean Malpractice – Highly Preferred
Required Procedures
-- Labors, Deliveries, C-sections
-- Management of Maternal HTN and Hemorrhage
-- ER consults
-- D&C, ablations, hysterectomy
-- Gynecologic surgeries as needed based on urgency
Assignment Details
-- Patient rounding
-- Management of labors and antepartum triage/treatment
-- Respond to ER consults and OBGYN-related concerns
-- Support Staff: RNs on L&D
-- EMR: Epic
