We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to provide comprehensive women’s healthcare services in a dynamic clinical environment. Required Skills:
  • Valid and active Washington State medical license or IMLC
  • Proven experience in obstetrics and gynecology practices
  • Strong clinical knowledge in pregnancy, labor, postpartum care, and gynecological health
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to document patient contact hours accurately and comprehensively
  • Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation standards
  • Knowledge of legal and medical confidentiality policies

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Prior experience in hospital-based obstetrics and gynecology
  • Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
  • Experience with telemedicine consultations
  • Certification in fetal monitoring or other relevant specialties

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Medical degree from an accredited institution
  • Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Minimum of two years’ clinical experience in a similar setting

Other Requirements:
  • Must demonstrate a clean history and malpractice insurance coverage
  • Ability to provide documentation of patient contact hours and supporting notes for audit purposes
  • Flexibility for scheduled shifts, mainly Monday through Thursday, with potential inclusion of Friday mornings
  • Willingness to participate in call duties, including hospital rounds and postpartum care, with documentation of call back hours
  • Availability to start on February 2, 2026, for at least a three-month assignment with potential ongoing opportunities
  • Knowledge that on-site presence during call hours is not mandatory, and documentation must reflect the specific reasons for call back
