Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to provide essential women's health services in a dynamic clinical setting. Starting February 2, 2026, this full-time role involves in-clinic patient care, hospital call duties, and rounding responsibilities. The position offers an engaging mix of outpatient clinic work and on-call hospital support, with an emphasis on quality patient interactions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of care. This role is expected to last at least three months, with the possibility of ongoing engagement.

Required Skills:
  • Valid Washington State medical license or IMLC certification
  • Proven experience in obstetrics and gynecology
  • Strong understanding of women's health issues, labor, postpartum care, and delivery support
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage call responsibilities effectively, including patient contact and rounding
  • Knowledge of electronic health records and proper documentation practices

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Bilingual abilities or multilingual proficiency
  • Additional certifications in obstetrics or gynecology
  • Experience working in a hospital setting with postpartum and labor support
  • Familiarity with telehealth or remote consultation procedures

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical OB-GYN practice
  • Previous experience with hospital call schedules and obstetric rounding

Other Requirements:
  • Clean malpractice history
  • Flexibility to commit to the scheduled start date and duration
  • Ability to document patient contact hours accurately, including callback hours, with proper supporting notes
  • Overtime hours must be properly documented and validated
  • Call hours are to be documented separately, with no on-site requirement during callback calls unless deemed necessary
  • No on-site hospital presence required during call support; physicians may provide support remotely

Compensation:

Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00
