Opportunity Highlights
- Schedule: 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday for OBGYN clinical services along with OBGYN hospital call coverage 7-10 days per month
- Job Setting: Hospital
- Types of Cases: 25-30 patient encounters per shift. Low risk pregnancy, high risk pregnancy, FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE, OB Ultrasounds - Performance of and interpretation (Level I/Screening viability required, Level II/Targeted anatomic preferred), amniocentesis (preferred), routine delivery (vaginal, low forceps, decision-making for c-section), complicated delivery (c-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBAC's - all preferred), repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations (preferred), office/minor gynecology - IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP. Surgical gynecology (open, laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only, operative/major - all preferred), laser certification (preferred)
- Credentialing: 90 days. Providers with active Baptist privileges preferred
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS. Fellowship required
- Licensure: TX state license required. IMLC not accepted
