- Other details: The facility which is stroke-certified is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper call if needed. There are an average of 20-22 patients per shift. The coverage needed includes full-time clinic hours Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with hospital call from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. on a 1:3 rotation, starting February 2, 2026, with the first day allowing for orientation and likely ongoing for a minimum of three months; providers will round approximately 30 minutes to one hour daily for patients in labor and delivery or postpartum, must document patient contact hours including call-back hours on their timesheets with supporting notes sufficient for validation in an audit, and only on-site call-back hours are included, while telephone calls and medical record reviews are excluded; physicians are not required to remain on-site while providing call support, and coverage includes competencies in NRP and fetal heart monitoring.

Job Responsibilities
* Participate in hospital call on a 1:3 rotation from 7:00 a.m.–7:00 a.m.
* Round for approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour daily for patients in labor and delivery or post-partum
* Document patient contact hours, call-back hours, and overtime with supporting notes in timesheets for validation
* Ensure proper documentation for any on-site call-back hours according to criteria
Qualifications
* Competency in NRP and fetal heart monitoring
* Ability to accurately document patient contact and call-back hours in an electronic health record
Working Hours
* Hospital call: 7:00 a.m.–7:00 a.m. on a 1:3 rotation
* Start date: February 2, 2026, with orientation on the first day
* Minimum commitment: 3 months
