- Other details: The facility is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. There are an average of 20 patients per shift. Providers are needed to work in the clinic 3 to 4 days per week, with current coverage dates including January 5–9, January 12–16, January 26–30, February 23–27, March 2–6, March 16–20, March 30–April 3, April 13–17, May 4–8, June 22–25, and June 29–July 3; some shifts are shorter, with longer shifts expected in the following months, and clinic hours run from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with patient appointments beginning at 8:00 a.m.
