OB/GYN Locum – 24-Hour Call | Jacksonville | BE Accepted | Dec/Jan Start | Full-Scope

Aya Locums is seeking an OB/GYN physician for a full-scope locum assignment beginning December or January in Florida. This role offers 24-hour call shifts (with the option to work consecutive shifts), a strong collaborative care team, and a modern hospital environment with excellent support services.

Position Details:

• Start Date: December or January

• Schedule: 24-hour call shifts

• Flexibility: Option to book multiple consecutive 24-hour shifts

• Setting: Full-scope outpatient OB/GYN + gynecological surgery

• Environment: Collaborative OB/CNM practice

• Support Staff: LCSWs, lactation consultants, educators, specialists, CNM hospitalists

• Tech: Innovative integrated platforms for efficiency

• Education: Continuing medical education incorporated into program

Responsibilities:

• Full-scope obstetrics and gynecology

• Outpatient care + gynecological surgical opportunities

• Back-up call for CNM hospitalists

• Support coverage for vacations and extended leave

• Patient-centered, shared decision-making care

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN

• Minimum 1 year experience preferred

• Active Florida license
  

• Strong communication and collaborative skills

• Comfortable working in an integrated OB/CNM model
