OB/GYN Generalist – Baltimore, MD Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Obstetrician-Gynecologist We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Obstetrician-Gynecologist to join a well-established and growing department providing comprehensive women’s health services. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a supportive academic environment, contribute to resident education, and deliver high-quality care to a diverse patient population. ________________________________________ Position Highlights • Join a collaborative and experienced team of 6 OB/GYNs, 2 Advanced Practice Providers, and 16 residents (4 per year) • Opportunity to teach and mentor residents in an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency program • Academic appointment available through affiliation with The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences • Provide a full spectrum of prenatal, postnatal, and gynecologic surgical care • Growing Maternal Fetal Medicine program providing comprehensive antenatal services • Support for diabetes management from a dedicated registered dietitian • Strong subspecialty divisions in Urogynecology and Gynecologic Oncology for integrated care and support for obstetric emergencies • Opportunity to perform robotic-assisted surgery (DaVinci Xi available) with established OR block time • Laborist program support for the labor and delivery floor • Employed, full-time position with Monday–Friday office hours and rotating call schedule ________________________________________ Qualifications • MD or DO from an accredited medical school • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology • Completion of an ACGME-approved residency in OB/GYN • Eligible for Maryland medical license and DEA license • Skilled in minimally invasive and robotic surgery preferred • Strong communication and organizational skills with a commitment to teamwork • New graduates are encouraged to apply ________________________________________ Compensation & Benefits • Competitive guaranteed base salary of $275,000–$325,000, based on experience and board certification • Additional RVU-based incentive compensation • Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available • Comprehensive benefits package including: o Health, dental, and vision insurance o Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) o 403(b) retirement plan and 457(b) deferred compensation plan o CME allowance and life insurance o PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness) eligibility o Free parking o Discounted membership at a 70,000 sq. ft. health and fitness center ________________________________________ Location Located in Baltimore, Maryland, this position offers the best of both urban and suburban living.
