OB/GYN Physician – Columbus, Indiana Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Obstetrician/Gynecologist Position Overview: A full-time Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Obstetrician/Gynecologist is sought to join a well-established and collaborative OB/GYN practice in Columbus, Indiana. The practice is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered women’s health care and providing an exceptional experience for patients and families throughout all stages of life. Opportunity Highlights: • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. (Full-Time). • Call Coverage: Shared call schedule of 1–2 times per week (24-hour periods) and every 7th weekend, adjusted for vacations. • Team Structure: Collaborative environment with 3 physicians, 3 certified nurse midwives, and 2 nurse practitioners (1 full-time, 1 part-time). o One CNM is office-based, focusing on high-risk OB patients and managing work-in visits. o Nurse practitioners provide additional continuity and office-based support. • Facilities: o Modern, family-friendly birthing center with 17 beds, offering two levels of nursery care. o Each LDRP room is equipped for full obstetric care, including a dedicated C-section OR suite. o Physician lounge with real-time fetal monitoring for each patient. • Procedures: Full range of obstetric and gynecologic procedures, including prenatal care, deliveries, minimally invasive surgery, and preventive women’s health services. Qualifications: • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.). • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology. • Eligible for Indiana medical licensure. • Strong commitment to patient safety, teamwork, and compassionate care.
