Locums | OB/GYN | Call Only | Key West, FL Why This Role

  • Provide vital obstetric and gynecologic call coverage for a busy coastal hospital.
  • Collaborate with experienced nursing and surgical teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Enjoy a scenic assignment in one of Florida’s most desirable destinations.
Assignment Details Coverage Type: Call Only Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient Schedule: 24-hour call, 7a–7a Dates Needed: - November 8, 7a – November 9, 7a - November 9, 7a – November 10, 7a Call Type: Beeper Response Time: 30 minutes Support Staff: 2 RNs, 1 MA EMR: Medhost Credentialing: 21 days (temporary privileges available) Clinical Details Assigned and unassigned patient coverage Average 4 patients per shift Full-scope OB/GYN procedures including: Routine and complicated deliveries, C-sections, laparoscopic and open GYN surgeries, and office-level procedures Requirements Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology Active Florida medical license Current PALS certification Experience managing both low- and high-risk pregnancies Proficiency in OB ultrasound and operative gynecology Compensation Rates: Facility is accepting bids Malpractice: Included Travel: Reimbursed
