Locums | Obstetrics & Gynecology | Call Only | Tiffin, OH (IMLC accepted) Why This Role

  • Provide essential OB/GYN call coverage for a community-based hospital supporting both labor & delivery and emergency consults
  • Flexible ongoing assignment with multiple open 2025–2027 dates
  • Work alongside a small, collaborative team of physicians and certified nurse midwives
Assignment Details Start Date: November 13, 2025 End Date: January 5, 2027 Coverage Type: Call Only (not in-house) Setting: Inpatient – ER, GYN, and Labor & Delivery Call Schedule: Rotating, covering listed open dates Beds: 10 LDRP, 3 postpartum, 1 triage, 12 newborn Average Census: 3–4 newborns/day; 0–1 pediatric patient every 2 months Case Mix: 40–50% GYN, 1–4 GYN surgeries/day, 15–35% C-sections EMR: Epic Credentialing: 60–90 days (Emergency temp privileges available for clean files with active OH license + DEA) Requirements Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology Active Ohio license (IMLC considered for available dates) ACLS and NRP certifications Fully vaccinated for flu (COVID vaccination preferred) Ability to perform: - C-sections and all related OB/GYN surgeries - Full-scope OB call including ER consults and deliveries - Availability for the specific dates listed is required Compensation Rates: Facility is accepting bids Malpractice: Provided Travel: Reimbursed
