Coverage Needed
- Start Date: 01-01-2026
- End Date: 07-01-2026
- Schedule: 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday, with OBGYN hospital call coverage 7-10 days per month
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
Clinical Details
- Practice Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient
- EMR System: Cerner
- Trauma Level: 3
- Patients Per Shift: 25-30
- Call Type: 2nd Call / Backup
- Call Response Time Required: 30 minutes
- Average Call Consults: 5 per 24 hours
- Average Patients Seen During Call: 5-15
- Average Admissions During Call: 5
- Support Staff: 4 MAs, 1 PA/NP, 3 Office Staff
- Average Number of Deliveries Per Year: 200
- Required Skills: Low and high-risk pregnancy management, FHR interpretation, OB ultrasounds, routine and complicated deliveries, C-sections, breech, multiple births, VBACs, repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations, office/minor gynecology, surgical gynecology
Requirements
- Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Fellowship Required
- License: Must be licensed in TX
- Clean Malpractice
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS
- Hospital/Surgery Center Privileges Required
- Admissions Required
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe 90 days
