Job description
Join Our Esteemed Medical Team as an Obstetrics and Gynecology Specialist – Make a Meaningful Impact on Women's Health

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB-GYN) Physician to provide expert care and support during peak hospital periods. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, delivering essential services including obstetric and gynecological procedures, with a focus on high-quality patient care and collaborative teamwork.

In this role, you will be responsible for 24-hour call coverage, primarily supporting patients with labor management, cesarean sections, postpartum care, and gynecological surgeries. You will provide critical consultation during labor, emergency interventions, and complex cases such as vaginal deliveries after cesarean and maternal transports. The position emphasizes flexibility, with no in-house call required, and allows physicians to support the hospital remotely while maintaining a meaningful presence during key procedures.

Required Skills:
  • Valid and active medical license to practice in the assigned state
  • Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication skills, effectively collaborating with hospital staff and patients
  • Ability to perform OB-GYN procedures including C-sections, tubal ligations, circumcisions, and operative vaginal deliveries
  • Experience with EMR systems, preferably EPIC

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Prior experience providing OB-GYN coverage in hospital or delivery settings
  • Certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
  • Ability to oversee deliveries with epidurals, with prescribing authority

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 2 years’ post-residency clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology, preferably in a hospital setting

Other Requirements:
  • Availability for shifts starting December 24, 2025, through April 22, 2026, including holiday coverage
  • Willingness to support scheduled call periods, with minimal onsite presence
  • Reimbursement for travel, licensure, certifications, and related expenses as applicable
  • Must be eligible for E-Verify participation

This is a compelling opportunity to impact women's health and advance your clinical career. If you are prepared to deliver compassionate, expert care while working within a supportive team, we invite you to apply and join our mission to improve patient outcomes.

Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00
