Job Function:

• Direct the resident-based outpatient OB-GYN clinic at hospital, shaping clinical and educational programs.
• Supervise and mentor OB-GYN residents in patient care and professional development.
• Coordinate with subspecialists in Gynecologic Oncology, Maternal Fetal Medicine, and Family Planning.
• Build a gynecology practice and lead a comprehensive Menopause & Midlife Health Program.
• Participate in developing a referral-based gynecologic surgical practice with mentorship. - Can schedule 1/2 day a week for surgery
• No OB call and no L/D, focus on outpatient gynecology, access to hospital resources, and active role in education.
• Board-certified/eligible OB-GYN with interest in menopause care and resident teaching; Connecticut licensure eligibility.

Job Requirements:

• Competitive Salary + bonuses and full benefits.
• Must be BC in OBGYN.
• Need a CT license.
• 2+ years of experience with leadership required
