Position Type: Full-Time (0.5 FTE Administrative / 0.5 FTE Clinical)

Compensation: $350,000 – $400,000+ annually, with potential for additional earnings based on clinical volume
About the Opportunity:
Seeking a dynamic and experienced OBGYN Program Director to lead ACGME-accredited residency program at our Medical Center in Lynwood, California. This is a unique opportunity to shape and mentor the next generation of obstetrician-gynecologists while maintaining a rewarding clinical practice in a diverse and vibrant community.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Leadership (0.5 FTE)
Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the OBGYN Residency Program
Ensure ongoing compliance with ACGME and institutional accreditation standards
Mentor, evaluate, and develop residents and faculty members
Oversee curriculum design, scholarly activity, and quality improvement initiatives
Collaborate with hospital leadership to enhance academic and clinical excellence
Clinical Practice (0.5 FTE)
Provide outpatient and/or inpatient care based on clinical interest and expertise
Participate in labor & delivery coverage, gynecologic surgery, and women’s health services
Serve as a clinical role model for residents and medical students
Qualifications:
Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG or AOBOG)
Minimum 3 years of experience within an ACGME-accredited OBGYN residency program
Prior leadership or administrative experience in graduate medical education preferred
Strong commitment to academic excellence, mentorship, and compassionate patient care
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $350,000 – $400,000+ (with potential for additional clinical earnings)
