OBGYN Opening – El Paso, Texas Position Details * Full-time, permanent * J1 and H1B sponsorship * Join a growing OB/GYN practice with in-house OB coverage * Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * No hospital ER call – OB Hospitalist group covers OB ED patients * Call for own clinical patients on rotation (may utilize OB Hospitalist group for triages if preferred) * Weekday and weekend call shared within the group * ER call is backup to OB Hospitalist group * 10–15 deliveries per month initially * Outpatient census: 30–35 patients per day (non-surgery days) * Supported by 19 OB/GYNs, 3 Uro-GYNs, and 3 APPs * Teaching opportunities with medical students and residents Benefits Details * Guaranteed salary with production bonus * Comprehensive benefits (health, dental, life, 401k with matching, salary deferment program, etc.) * In-house billing, coding, and collections * Paid time off and CME stipend * Malpractice insurance Candidate Requirements * MD/DO degree * BE/BC in Obstetrics and Gynecology * Active Texas license or eligibility to obtain one * Spanish speaking preferred, but not required Community Details El Paso offers a family-friendly environment, rich culture, and 300+ sunny days per year.
