OBGYN opening – Sullivan, Missouri 1 Hour from St. Louis J1 sponsorship available Position Details * FT, permanent

  • Seeking a compassionate, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician to join an established, collaborative team.
* Community-focused facility offering advanced technology, modern surgical equipment, and a supportive practice environment just an hour from St. Louis. * Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care in both outpatient and inpatient settings * Manage prenatal, delivery, postnatal, gynecological surgeries, and preventative care * Conduct inpatient hospital rounds or coordinate with hospitalists for continuity of care * Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including primary care, pediatrics, CRNAs, APPs, and St. Louis Children’s Hospital specialists * Utilize advanced procedural rooms equipped for ultrasound, colposcopy, and urodynamics * Perform surgeries with robot-assisted surgical technology (DaVinci system) * Participate in a shared call schedule for after-hours support * Join a skilled Midwifery team: 1 FT CNM, 1 PT CNM, and 1 PT FP CNM (non-delivering) * Document medical histories, consultations, and treatment plans per hospital standards * Lead and mentor advanced practice providers and support staff * Engage in CME and professional development with provided time and funding * Participate in quality improvement and hospital outreach efforts * Serve the community in a critical access hospital offering emergency, cardiac, cancer, rehab, and wound care services * Not accepting Locums or 1099 candidates * J1 visa sponsorship available Compensation and Benefits Details * Guaranteed Salary: $425,000 (2-year guarantee) with productivity incentives * Signing Bonus: $75,000 * Residency/Fellowship Stipend: $2,000/month for recent graduates * Student Loan Assistance: $150,000 paid over 6 years * Visa Support: J1 sponsorship available (high HRSA score) * Benefits Start Day One: Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance * Retirement Plans: 401(k) with employer match * Malpractice Insurance: Fully covered with tail coverage * CME: Allowance plus 5 paid days off annually * Relocation Assistance: Generous package provided * Call Schedule: Shared call rotation designed for work-life balance * Access to Technology: DaVinci robotic system and fully equipped procedure rooms On-Call Details * Shared call schedule for inpatient and clinic patients * Rotational weekend coverage (specific times not detailed) Hospital Overview Hospital is part of a leading community hospital offering comprehensive medical services to residents in south-central Missouri.
