- Schedule: 24-hour pager call coverage (low volume with rare call-backs)
- Coverage Type: Full-time locum coverage needed
- Supervision: None required
- Call Type: 24-hour pager call
- EMR: EPIC
✈️🏨 Travel & Coverage:
Malpractice, travel, and all logistics are covered✈️🏨
🩻 Credentialing Documents Required :
- MD Diploma, Residency/Fellowship Certificates
- All Active Licenses, DEA, CSR
- Board Certification & BLS
- CME (Past 2 Years)
- Immunizations (TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, COVID)
- References & Case Logs
- Certificates of Insurance
- Professional Headshot & Driver’s License
✅ Requirements:
- Board Certified – Required
- Active Oregon License – Required
