A leading regional healthcare system in South Bend, IN is seeking a Board-Certified OB Hospitalist for per diem locum coverage. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside neonatologists, maternal-fetal medicine physicians, and certified nurse midwives in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. The hospital is known for its advanced obstetric care, Level III NICU, and strong commitment to maternal and neonatal health.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage antepartum and intrapartum high-risk patients in coordination with MFM specialists.
• Collaborate closely with a certified nurse midwife team and neonatology specialists.
• Participate in teaching and clinical activities supporting the OB Hospitalist program.
• Perform 24-hour shifts (option for 12-hour shifts available).
Qualifications
• Active Indiana medical license or IMLC Compact Eligibility – Preferred.
• Minimum 1 year post-residency experience – Required.
• Must be clinically active within the past 12 months.
• CV must be in MM/YYYY format with no unexplained gaps.
• Must complete Prescreen Questionnaire at the time of name clear.

• Per diem opportunity with ongoing availability preferred.
