Location: Miami, Florida
Position Type: Full-Time, Employed (W-2)

#### Position Highlights:
Schedule: 6–8 (24-hour, in-house) shifts per month
Compensation: Competitive base salary with productivity incentives
Sign-On Bonus: *$30,000 limited-time offer* (for physicians starting on or before March 1, 2026)
Employment Model: W-2, with full comprehensive benefits package
Responsibilities:
- Labor and delivery management
- Coverage for unassigned OB patients
- In-house support for general OB and emergent GYN
- No billing or coding responsibilities – focus entirely on patient care
