Outstanding opportunity for a Board-Certified OB/GYN to lead gynecology and reproductive health services within a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting in Marin County, CA. The position combines high-risk obstetric consultation with complex gynecology practice and administrative leadership.

Position Highlights

  • Full-time role (option for 0.75 FTE if combined with Labor & Delivery shifts)

  • Three days of clinic and 4"8 hours weekly of administrative leadership time

  • Opportunity for hospital surgical privileges and optional OB hospitalist shifts

  • $100,000"$120,000 signing bonus for select applicants (program terms apply)

  • Relocation assistance available

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in high-risk obstetrics and complex gynecology

  • Perform gynecologic surgery and participate in hospital rounds as needed

  • Develop, implement, and oversee clinical protocols for OB/GYN services

  • Mentor and support MDs, advanced practice clinicians, and trainees

  • Participate in quality improvement, peer review, and reproductive health meetings

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal program requirements (FPACT, CDP, etc.)

  • Collaborate with leadership, specialty teams, and hospital partners to optimize womens health outcomes

Qualifications

  • Active California medical license and DEA registration

  • Board certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology

  • Minimum 3 years of independent OB/GYN practice experience

  • Proven leadership, mentoring, and communication skills

  • BLS certification

  • Spanish language proficiency or interest in learning is highly desirable

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong clinical, organizational, and leadership abilities

  • Commitment to quality, safety, and patient-centered care

  • Experience working in community or federally qualified health settings preferred

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual salary: $250,000"$300,000
