OB/GYN Locums to Perm – 24-Hour Coverage | Arkansas

Aya Locums is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN to provide inpatient coverage at a hospital in Arkansas. This is a straightforward, bread-and-butter OB/GYN role focused on deliveries and cesarean sections, supported by a dedicated hospital team.

Assignment Overview:

• Location: Arkansas

• Schedule: 24-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM)

• Duration: 3-month locums-to-perm opportunity

• Call Type: Inpatient only (no clinic responsibilities)

• Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 90 days with active Arkansas license

Patient Volume:

• 25–30 deliveries per month

• 405 deliveries annually

• 3,777 total patient encounters per year across the hospital

Clinical Scope:

• Routine vaginal deliveries

• Cesarean sections

• General OB/GYN cases

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN

• Active Arkansas medical license (no licensing assistance available)

• DEA registration

• Arkansas Medicaid number

• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience

• Clean or minimal malpractice history preferred
