This full-scope position offers the perfect balance of obstetrics and gynecology, supported by a collaborative team of physicians, PAs, and NPs. With a structured schedule, dedicated OR block time, and access to the latest Da Vinci robot, you'll have the tools and support to practice efficiently and effectively. A sustainable 1:7 call rotation, growing patient demand, and no RVU pooling means your hard work is directly rewarded. Subspecialty backup in maternal-fetal medicine, GYN oncology, and reproductive endocrinology is just 30 minutes away, giving you confidence and peace of mind. Position, Compensation & Organization:

  • Employed by Texas's largest not-for-profit health system
  • 1:1 medical assistant support for efficient clinic days
  • 3.5 clinic days + 1 dedicated OR day weekly
  • Average 22-23 patients daily in 20-minute appointment slots
  • Built-in 20-40 minutes of daily administrative time
  • Team of 2 PAs + 1 NP managing independent GYN panels
  • Subspecialty support (MFM, GYN Onc, REI) nearby
  • 60% obstetrics / 40% gynecology case mix
  • 100+ monthly deliveries across physician team
