OBGYN Hospitalist Opening in Miami, FL Seeking experienced, board-certified OBGYN physicians to help build and shape a new program from the ground up.

  • 24-hour shifts; 6-8 shifts per month
  • Competitive compensation plus earn a $30k sign-on bonus (limited time offer) when you commit to 6 to 8 shifts per month and start on or before March 1, 2026
  • Free to work when and where you want on your time off, no restrictions
  • Responsibilities include labor and delivery management, coverage for unassigned OB patients, and in-house support for general OB and emergent GYN
  • 24/7 in-house anesthesia and Level 3 NICU support
  • Upgraded L&D and postpartum units
  • New 25-bed NICU with private spaces and ocean views
  • No billing or coding responsibilities
  • Clinical leadership support and a collaborative team environment

Qualifications Board Certified with at least 2 yrs experience outside residency Must have current delivery and emergent gyn surgery skills Hospital Hospital is a 488-bed, full-service acute care facility in Miami-Dade County. The hospital recently completed an expansion featuring four advanced operating rooms, including a hybrid OR for cardiac and vascular procedures. A recent women's services upgrade added a private 25-bed NICU with ocean views as well as enhanced labor and postpartum units. The hospital offers specialized services in robotic surgery, orthopedics, cardiac care, stroke treatment, and wound healing.
