Job description
We are seeking 1-2 experienced OB/GYN physicians to provide on-call coverage at a well-established hospital, offering a mix of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and L&D. This is an ongoing locum opportunity with competitive compensation and flexible scheduling.
💰 Compensation: $2,800 per 24-hour call
📍 Location: Hospital ER / GYN & Labor & Delivery
🛏 Bed Capacity: 10 LDRP, 3 Postpartum, 1 Triage
👩⚕️ Practice Team: 2 OB/GYN physicians, 5 CNMs.

2026: Jan 2-5, Jan 15-20, Jan 29-Feb 2, Feb 12-16, Feb 26-Mar 2, Mar 12-16, Mar 26-30, Apr 2-6, Apr 23-27, Apr 30-May 4, May 7-11, May 21-26, June 11-15, June 25-29, July 2-6, July 16-20, July 30-Aug 3, Sept 3-8, Nov 25-30, Dec 23-28, Dec 31-Jan 5, 2027
Job Responsibilities
Perform C-sections and all OB/GYN surgeries
Manage 40–50% Gynecology cases (1–4 surgeries/day)
Manage 15–35% C-section deliveries
Oversee nursery admissions (average 2–5 per day; 12-bed nursery, no SCN)
Documentation in EPIC EMR
Qualifications
Ohio medical license – REQUIRED (IMLC may be considered)
NRP & ACLS – REQUIRED
Flu vaccine – REQUIRED; COVID vaccine – PREFERRED
Emergency temp privileges possible for qualified providers
Working Hours
24-hour call: 8:00 AM – 8:00 AM with call back as needed
