- 2025 Open dates: Dec 22-29
- 2026 Open dates: Jan 2-5, Jan 15-20, Jan 29-Feb 2, Feb 12-16, Feb 26-Mar 2, Mar 12-16, Mar 26-30, Apr 2-6, Apr 23-27, Apr 30-May 4, May 7-11, May 21-26, June 11-15, June 25-29, July 2-6, July 16-20, July 30-Aug 3, Sept 3-8, Nov 25-30, Dec 23-28, Dec 31-Jan 5, 2027
- 40%-50% Gyn, 1-4 Gyn surgeries per day
- 15%-35% C-sections
- EMR: EPIC
- Must be able to complete C-sections and all OB/GYN related surgeries
- 60-90 day credentialing timeframe
- Requirements: Board Certified, Ohio license, NRP, ACL
