Job Responsibilities
• Provide 24-hour hospital call coverage (7 AM – 7 AM)
• Manage labor & delivery, inpatient consults, and emergent OB/GYN cases
• Perform general OB/GYN procedures and deliveries (approx. 15 per month)
• Collaborate with nurses and surgical staff to ensure quality patient care
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation (Epic system)
Qualifications
• Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN (within 0–5 years of residency completion)
• Active CO license or IMLC (LOQ in hand) – required
• BLS & DEA – preferred (required during credentialing)
• Clean malpractice and background – highly preferred
• Must complete required Epic EMR training prior to start
Working Hours
• 24-hour call shifts (7 AM – 7 AM)
• Weekend and holiday coverage required
• Ongoing schedule: approx. 10–15 shifts per month
Skills
• Strong OB/GYN procedural and emergency management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
