🕒 Shift Details:

• Weekend Call Coverage

• Saturday 6 AM – Monday 6 AM

• Inpatient hospital setting

• Ongoing: 1 weekend/month

🏥 Work Environment & Support:

• 👶 Highly experienced L&D team

• 🧑‍⚕️ Skilled OR staff + all CRNA anesthesia team

• 🤝 Collaboration with Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) who manages her own panel

• 🏥 On-campus clinic attached to the hospital

  • Staffed with experienced RN, LPN, and full clinic team

• 🧒 Peds support: 2 full-time Pediatricians + 1 Pediatric DNP

• 🏨 Hospital Size: 35-bed rural critical access facility

• 💻 EMR: Epic

🧠 Skills & Expectations:

✔️ Full-scope OB/GYN privileging
✔️ Independent decision-making in low-resource rural settings
✔️ Comfort working solo with nurse midwife as primary support

✅ Requirements:

• 🏅 Board Certified in OBGYN – Required

• 🩺 Active Missouri License – Required

• 💊 DEA + CSR – Required
  

🧳 Credentialing Timeframe: 3+ months
