The Practice:
- Joining 3 OBGYNs, 2 CNMs, and 1 APP
- 24/7 CNM coverage and first call — low call burden at 1:4.5, expanding to 1:6+
- Deliver at a Henry Ford Health Hospital – 475-bed regional facility
- Serve a diverse population of 200,000+
- $330,000 base salary
- $20,000 commencement bonus
- $10,000 relocation assistance
- $30,000/year state loan repayment
- NHSC eligible – HPSA Score of 16
- 8 weeks off annually (PTO + CME + holidays)
