OB/GYN Physician
Location:
Shelton, Connecticut
A well-regarded healthcare facility in Shelton, Connecticut, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join its women’s health team.
As a non-profit institution affiliated with the Yale School of Medicine and other academic partners, the facility offers a broad range of clinical services, including emergency care, advanced imaging, minimally invasive surgery, and comprehensive women’s health services.
- Open to newly trained graduates.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide obstetric and gynecologic evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment for patients across all reproductive age groups.
Manage prenatal care, deliveries, gynecologic procedures, and routine women’s health services.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, midwives, and support staff.
Participate in patient care planning, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental meetings.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
Position Requirements:
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Active Connecticut medical license or eligibility to obtain.
Open to newly trained graduates.
