💼 Job Post:
Position: OB/GYN Locum Tenens
Location: Iowa
Pay Rate: $230/hour (malpractice included)
Schedule:
-
24-hour in-house hospital coverage
-
6–8 shifts per month
-
Hospital-based only (no clinic)
Responsibilities:
-
Manage labor & delivery floor, perform deliveries and C-sections
-
Handle emergency gynecologic cases and inpatient consultations
-
Average 10–15 triages per day plus deliveries
-
All OB triages are seen by the on-call physician
Details:

EMR: Cerner
-
Travel & lodging reimbursed (within facility guidelines)

Orientation and malpractice covered

Holiday and overtime pay available
Requirements:
-
Board Certified OB/GYN – Required
-
Active Iowa License or IMLC LOQ – Required

Prior inpatient experience – Required

Clean malpractice/background preferred
