Seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN Physician for 24-hour call coverage in a hospital-based setting. The position focuses on inpatient and emergency OB/GYN services—no outpatient clinic work required. The site offers a Level I newborn nursery, 24/7 Neonatology support, and a cohesive surgical environment equipped with advanced technology including Surgical Systems.
Job Responsibilities
Manage labor & delivery, emergency GYN procedures, and inpatient consults
Collaborate with hospital nursing and surgical teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care
Participate in surgical and delivery coverage within a Level I nursery environment
Use Cerner EMR for all charting and documentation
Qualifications
Active Michigan medical license and CSR at time of submission
Active BLS and DEA certification
Local provider required; no travel or IMLC accepted
Must have a clean malpractice and background history
