Job Responsibilities
Manage labor and delivery, including vaginal and C-section deliveries
Perform gynecologic surgeries and emergency interventions as needed
Collaborate with midwives, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes
Participate in a shared call schedule that promotes work-life balance
Document patient encounters and procedures accurately in the EMR system
Qualifications
Active medical license in Pennsylvania or New York, or eligibility to obtain one
Proficiency in EMR systems
Prior inpatient OB/GYN experience preferred
Skilled in handling deliveries (including high-risk), C-sections, and gynecologic procedures
Working Hours
Olean, NY: Primarily day shifts with shared call coverage
Call schedules are designed to maintain provider work-life balance
Skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary inpatient setting
Experience in managing emergent OB/GYN situations
Familiarity with EMR documentation standards
