Annual Salary: $200k-$260k (varies depending on years of experience)

We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our client’s outpatient practice. This role offers a balanced schedule, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work within a supportive, team-based care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compassionate, evidence-based primary care to patients of all ages
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with other providers and care teams to ensure comprehensive patient management
  • Participate in staff development, mentoring, and training activities
  • Contribute to organizational quality improvement efforts, including best practice alerts, registries, and performance measures
  • Attend required meetings and actively engage in program or clinic initiatives
  • Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and maintain respectful, professional relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
  • Utilize scientific evidence and clinical judgment to optimize patient outcomes
  • Meet all licensure, continuing education, and annual health requirements

Qualifications:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution and completion of accredited residency in Family Medicine
  • Active or eligible New York State medical license
  • Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
  • Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred, though strong new graduates will be considered
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work effectively in a collaborative, patient-centered environment
  • Competence with electronic health records and basic computer systems
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
