Job description We are seeking an experienced Obstetrician/Gynecologist for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Indiana starting Dec 1, 2025. This opportunity offers two scheduling options: ambulatory/clinic-only shifts from 8 AM to 4 PM, or a full-scope generalist schedule with 24-hour call blocks. Candidates must hold active board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology and an Indiana medical license.

Job Details

  • Provider Type Needed: Obstetrician/Gynecologist
  • Schedule:
  • Option 1: Ambulatory/Clinic Only, 8 AM – 4 PM
  • Option 2: Full Scope Generalist (Clinic and Call), 7 AM – 7 AM
  • Rounding: 7 AM – 9 AM
  • Clinic: 9 AM – 4 PM
  • On pager call: 4 PM – 7 AM (after sign-out to laborist)
  • 7-10 day block scheduling

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manage a broad range of obstetric and gynecologic cases and procedures
  • Conduct patient rounds, outpatient clinic visits, and provide on-call coverage as scheduled
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Document all patient encounters and procedures accurately
  • Adhere to all facility protocols and clinical guidelines

Additional Information
  • Must be board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Active Indiana medical license required
  • Three-month credentialing process prior to start
  • Flexibility to choose between clinic-only or full-scope generalist schedule
