Details: $300k+ base starting Salary; sign bonus; moving expenses Busy Clinic schedule of up to 35 patient’s per day 1 OR day per week with 3 – 5 cases based on patient acuity 1 24 hour OB CALL week day assignment 1 48 hour OB CALL weekend assignment per month Holiday OB CALL required VAC 20 days per calendar year RVU bonus available New grads welcome Oral Boards achievement Year 2 – 3 w/ $10k salary increase for completion Additional 5 days time off for board prep / up to $5k towards board prep course(s) Partnership consideration Available after Year 3 We would like to do an initial 3 year contract with an option for 2 more years Location: Chula Vista, California, is a vibrant city located just south of San Diego (11m from the San Diego Airport) and minutes from the U.S.-Mexico border.
