OBGYN Opening in Columbus, OH A respected and expanding OBGYN practice on the east side of Columbus is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to join its dynamic team. Position Highlights: * Join a growing, hospital-employed OBGYN group on the east side of Columbus, near Easton Town Center. * Strategically located between two facilities with MFM support and Level III NICUs. * Balanced schedule: 3–3.5 clinic days/week and 1 OR day/week. * 1:4 to 1:5 shared call rotation (includes weekends); 1:3 midwife call coverage. * Provide both obstetric care and gynecologic surgery, including robotic procedures. * Robotic surgery interest is highly preferred. * Optional teaching role through a local OB/GYN residency program. * Must live within 30 minutes of hospitals. Requirements: * Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology (within 2 years of eligibility and actively pursuing certification). * Active Ohio medical license (or willingness to obtain). * DEA license (or ability to obtain). * Interest in robotic surgery preferred. * Must be seeking full-time, permanent employment only. Compensation & Benefits: * Guaranteed base salary: $285,000, plus immediate bonus potential. * Up to $100,000 in starting/sign-on bonus OR loan forgiveness (or 50/50 split). * Student loan repayment assistance available. * Annual $5,000 CME allowance + 5 CME days. * 216 hours of PTO annually (27 days), with 40-hour rollover. * Relocation reimbursement. * Full benefits beginning Day 1 (medical, dental, vision, life, disability). * Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible via 501(c)(3) status.
