Salary and Benefits
- Base salary ranges from $270,000 for new graduates to $403,000 for experienced physicians (5–7 years); mid-range is approximately $336,000
- Annual bonus of $30,000 paid quarterly based on productivity, quality, patient satisfaction, and pharmacy capture
- Health Insurance – 95% employer-paid (coverage begins 60 days after start)
- Dental and Vision Insurance offered
- Call stipend available
- $75,000 in loan repayment through NHSC for 2 years; FRAME program available (total forgiveness value exceeds $100,000)
- 20 Days PTO next year
- 10 Federal Holidays + 1 Birthday Holiday
- 5 CME Days + $3,000 annual CME allowance
- 403(b) Retirement Plan – 2% base contribution with matching up to 4% (6-year vesting schedule); employees can contribute from day one

Responsibilities
- Full-time position; outpatient women’s health plus deliveries
- Typical hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Shared call rotation of 1 in 5 weeks; call may be 12 or 24 hours and can be split with another provider
- Deliver care across Clearwater, High Point, and South St. Pete locations
- Provide prenatal care, GYN exams, postpartum follow-up, and delivery management including vaginal and C-sections
- VBACs supported when clinically appropriate
- High-risk pregnancies are referred out
- No in-house ultrasound; patients are referred externally
- EPIC EMR system with DAX Co-Pilot documentation support
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology (or willing to obtain)
- Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
- New graduates and experienced OB/GYNs encouraged to apply
